The goal of TechSkill is to enhance lives via education. We make it possible for anybody, wherever, to produce, distribute, and access educational content (instructors) in order to learn (students). We believe that the best method to provide our users with worthwhile educational content is through our marketplace model. To make our platform and services secure for you, us, and the community of students and instructors, we need rules. All of your activities on the TechSkill website are subject to these Terms. 1. First Account

For the majority of actions on our platform, you need an account. Since you are in charge of all account activities, keep your password in a secure location. Contact our Support Team to let us know if you think someone else is using your account. To use TechSkill, you must be of legal age to access online services in your nation.

The majority of activities on our platform require an account, You must enter accurate and complete information, including a working email address, when creating and maintaining your account. You are solely responsible for your account and everything that occurs on it, including any harm or damage done to us or anyone else as a result of unauthorized use of your account. This calls for careful password management. You are not permitted to use or transfer another person’s account. We won’t offer you access to an account if you contact us and ask for it unless you can give usProvide the data we require to verify your ownership of the account. The user’s account will be closed in the event of their death.
Your login information for your account must remain private. You are in charge of what occurs with your account, and Techskill won’t get involved in arguments between teachers or students who shared login information. If you suspect any other security breach or become aware that someone else might be using your account without your permission, you must alert our Support Team right

 2. Lifetime Access and Content Enrollment

You only receive a license from us to see a course or other content through the TechSkill when you enroll in one. In no way attempt to transfer or resell content. With the exception of situations where we are required to remove content for ethical or governmental reasons, or for enrollments through subscription plans, we typically provide you a lifetime access license.

When a student enrolls in a course or other content, we usually grant them a lifetime access license. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use any content at any time if we determine that it violates our Trust & Safety Guidelines or if we are required by law or other policy to disable access to the content, for instance, if the course or other content you enrolled in is the subject of a copyright complaint. The add-on features and services connected to the course or other content you enroll in, as well as enrollments made through Subscription Plans, are not covered by this lifetime access license. For instance, teachers may choose at any time to no longer offer instructional support or Q&A services related to the subject. It should be noted that the lifelong access only applies to the course materials, not the instructor.Direct licenses from instructors to students for their content are not permitted, and any such direct license is a breach of these Terms and is invalid.

In Legal, more complete terms TechSkill  grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content through the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms and any conditions or restrictions applicable to the specific content or feature of our Services. All other uses are categorically forbidden. Unless we expressly permit you to do so in a written agreement penned by an authorized representative of TechSkill you may not copy, distribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any content.

3.Refund,Credit,And Payment

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. 

Refunds for payments placed on a month-to-month membership plan are not available from TechSkill. You must cancel your subscription before the free trial expires in order to avoid getting charged during a free trial promotion. TechSkill maintains the right to charge you for a one-month subscription if you finish a course during the free trial period in order to acquire a course and/or specialization certificate.Unless and until you cancel, the subscription is suspended or terminated by TechSkill, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis. Unless you subscribed through a third-party marketplace that limits our ability to do so, such as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, TechSkill will automatically terminate your subscription for individual specializations at the end of the monthly period during which you earn a specialization certificate for the specialization. For details about their policies, please see the third-party marketplace. To avoid the subsequent charges, you must cancel your subscription before the monthly renewal date.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, it will become inactive at the conclusion of the current monthly term; you will still have access to it for the rest of that time, but you won’t get a refund.

3.1 Payment

TechSkill collaborates with payment service providers to present you with the most practical payment options available in your nation and to protect your payment information. We may update your payment methods using the information provided by our payment service providers   To learn more, see our Privacy Policy.

You consent not to use an illegitimate or unauthorized payment method when you make a transaction. You consent to pay us the associated costs within thirty (30) days of receiving notice from us if your payment method is declined but you still have access to the content you are enrolling in. Access to any content for which we have not sufficiently been compensated may be disabled at our discretion.

3.2 Refund ,credit And Payment

If we choose to credit your account with a refund, the funds will be instantly used toward your further internet content purchases; however, they cannot be utilized to make purchases through our TV or mobile applications. Unless otherwise required by applicable legislation, refund credits have no financial value and could expire if not used within the allotted time.

We reserve the right to refuse your refund, prevent you from receiving any further refunds, suspend your account, and/or impose other restrictions on your use of the Services in the future if we determine that you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve already refunded the content or if you’ve consumed a sizable portion of it. If we choose to credit ys with a refund. You are not entitled to a refund if you violate these Terms or our Trust & Safety Guidelines and we prohibit your account or restrict your access to the content as a result. 4.Content And Conduct Guidelines

TechSkill may only be used for legitimate reasons. All content that you submit on our platform is your responsibility. You should respect other people’s intellectual property rights and upload reviews, questions, posts, courses, and other content that complies with our Trust & Safety Guidelines and the law. If you commit serious or frequent crimes, we may ban your account. Please inform us if you believe your copyright is being violated on our platform.

We reserve the right to remove your course or content if we become aware that it violates the law or the rights of others (for instance, if it is determined that it infringes on another’s intellectual property or image rights, or that it discusses illegal activity), if we learn that it goes against our Trust & Safety Guidelines, or if we find that it is illegal, inappropriate, or objectionable (for instance, if it impersonates another person). If you’re a student, the Services give you the ability to write reviews of information as well as ask questions of the instructors of courses or other courses you’re enrolled in. The instructor may ask you to submit material as “homework” or an exam for a particular topic. Nothing you upload or contribute should be a work of your own.

If you’re an Instructor you can publish information on the platform and interact with the students who have signed up for your courses or other content. In all situations, you are required to follow the law and respect the rights of others. You are not permitted to submit any courses, questions, answers, reviews, or other information that contravenes your country’s local, state, or federal laws or regulations. Any courses, content, and activities you publish or take using the platform and Services, as well as any results, are solely your responsibility. Make sure you understand all the copyright restrictions set forth in the Instructor Terms before you submit any content for publication on TechSkill.

5. Right of TechSkill

The website, any current or upcoming apps and services, as well as elements like our logos, APIs, code, and material produced by our staff, are all parts of the TechSkill platform and Services that we own. They cannot be tampered with or used without permission.

The TechSkill platform and Services, including our website, any current or future applications, our APIs, databases, and any content submitted by or made available through those Services by our partners or employees (but excluding content supplied by instructors and students), are and will always be the sole property of TechSkill and its licensors. Copyright, trademark, and other laws from the United States and other nations protect our platforms and services. There is no license or right granted to you to use the TechSkill name or any of its trademarks, logos, domain names, or other identifying brand characteristic Your feedback, comments, and recommendations about Udemy or the Services are totally optional, and we are free to use them anyway we see fit without incurring any obligations to you.

6.Terms Of Subcription

Additional conditions that apply to your usage of our subscription-based collections as a student (“Subscription Plans”) are covered in this section. You accept the additional conditions in this section by using a Subscription Plan. Note that the contract between TechSkill and the subscribing organization governs use of TechSkill Business rather than these Terms.

Copyright, trademark, and other laws from the United States and other nations protect our platforms and services. Nothing entitles you to make use of the TechSkill name, any TechSkill logos, domain names, or other identifying brand elements. Your feedback, comments, and recommendations regarding TechSkill or the Services are totally voluntary, and we are free to use it anyway we see fit without incurring any obligations to you.use the Services in any way that alters, deceives, or conceals the source of any source-identifying information, such as sending emails purporting to be from TechSkill; interferes with, disrupts, or attempts to interfere with the access of any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus; overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the platforms or services; or in any other way that burdens the Services unreasonably.

While using the TechSkill platform and services, you may not access or use any of the following:

  • Any security-related platform features that have been disabled, interfered with, or attempted to be worked around as well as any systems that have been probed, scanned, or tested for vulnerabilities.
  • Copying or altering any content on the Udemy platform or Services, including trying to find its source code or creating a derivative work from it, is prohibited.

6.Terms Of Subscription

This section covers additional terms that apply to your use of our subscription-based collections as a student (“Subscription Plans”). By using a Subscription Plan, you agree to the additional terms in this section. Note that TechSkill is not subject to these Terms, but is instead governed by the agreement between TechSkill and the subscribing organization.

 

6.1 Plans for Subscription

We grant you a constrained, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Services to access and view the content that is a part of a Subscription Plan while you are a subscriber to that Subscription Plan. The terms in the “Content Enrollment and Lifetime Access” section above apply to enrollments made through Subscription Plans, with the exception of the license grant for lifetime access.

Access to interactive areas like workspaces (referred to as “Interactive Sessions”) may also be part of your subscription plan. Third parties may offer Interactive Sessions, but only under their own agreements or terms and conditions and subject to the usage restrictions listed on our Support Page. The terms and conditions of any third-party supplier must be complied with by you.

Any permission to use the content in our subscription plans may be revoked by us at any time and without notice for legal or policy reasons, such as if we change our mind.

6.2 Account Management 
By following the instructions provided on our Support Page, you can cancel your subscription. Your access to a Subscription Plan will immediately stop on the final day of your monthly period if you decide to cancel your subscription to that Subscription Plan. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit of any subscription costs you have previously paid upon cancellation. For the avoidance of doubt, canceling a subscription does not cancel your TechSkill account.

The cost of the subscription will be disclosed when you make your purchase. For further information on where to find the costs and deadlines that apply to your subscription, please visit our Support Page. In addition, as stated above in the “Payments, Credits, and Refunds” section, we might be compelled to include taxes in your subscription charge. Except as otherwise required by applicable legislation, payments are not refundable, and there are no credits or refunds for partial usage of periods. Depending on your location, you might be eligible for a refund. For further details, see our Refund Policy for Subscription Plans.

You must give a payment method if you want to sign up for a Subscription Plan. You authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the payment method we have on file for you in order to process payment for the then-applicable fees when you subscribe to a Subscription Plan and provide your billing information at checkout. When a membership term comes to an end, we will automatically renew it for another term of the same length and process your payment method to cover the then-current fees.

7. Miscellaneous Legal Terms

You acknowledge that you are consenting to a binding legal agreement with TechSkill when you register, access, or use our Services. Do not register for, access, or otherwise use any of our Services if you do not agree to these Terms.You represent and warrant that you are allowed to accept these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity if you are an instructor utilizing our Services on their behalf.

You acknowledge and agree that any translation of these Terms into any language other than English is given for convenience only, and that in the event of any inconsistency, the English translation shall govern.

The complete agreement between you and us is set forth in these Terms (including any agreements and policies that are linked from these Terms) (which include, if you are an instructor, the Instructor Terms and the Promotions Policy).

If any portion of these Terms is determined by applicable law to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect and the invalid or unenforceable portion will be deemed substituted by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely resembles the original provision.

8.Conclusive Agreement

You acknowledge that you are consenting to a binding legal agreement with TechSkill when you register, access, or use our Services. Do not register for, access, or otherwise use any of our Services if you do not agree to these Terms.

You represent and warrant that you are allowed to accept these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity if you are an instructor utilizing our Services on their behalf.

You acknowledge and agree that any translation of these Terms into any language other than English is given for convenience only, and that in the event of any inconsistency, the English translation shall govern.The complete relationship between you and us is set forth in these Terms (including all agreements and policies linked from these Terms).

9. Disclaimers

Our platform may occasionally be unavailable due to unanticipated maintenance or a problem with the website. One of our lecturers may occasionally use deceptive language in their lectures. We might also run into security-related problems. Just a few are provided here. You acknowledge that if something goes wrong in any of these scenarios, you won’t be able to take legal action against us. Any notice or other communication required to be delivered under this agreement must be in writing and sent through email (by us to the email address linked to your account or by you to notices@TechSkill).

10.Sanctions and Export Laws

You warrant that you (as an individual or as a representative of any entity on whose behalf you use the Services) aren’t located in, or a resident of, any country that is subject to applicable U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes (such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or the Crimea region of Ukraine). You also warrant that you aren’t a person or entity who is named on any U.S. government specially designated national or denied-party list.

If you become subject to such a restriction during the term of any agreement with TechSkill, you will notify us within 24 hours, and we will have the right to terminate any further obligations to you, effective immediately and with no further liability to you (but without prejudice to your outstanding obligations to TechSkill).

You are not permitted to access, use, export, re-export, divert, transfer, or disclose any part of the Services or any associated technical information or materials, either directly or indirectly, in violation of any export control and trade sanctions laws, rules, or regulations of the United States or any other applicable country. You consent to not upload any materials or technologies (including knowledge of encryption) whose export is expressly prohibited by such laws.

You are not permitted to access, use, export, re-export, divert, transfer, or disclose any part of the Services or any associated technical information or materials, either directly or indirectly, in violation of any export control and trade sanctions laws, rules, or regulations of the United States or any other applicable country. You consent to not upload any materials or technologies (including knowledge of encryption) whose export is expressly prohibited by such laws.

11.Dispute Resolution

Our Support Team is happy to assist in settling disputes if they arise. If that doesn’t work and you reside in the United States or Canada, your choices are to file a claim in binding arbitration or small claims court; you are not permitted to file a claim against us in another court or take part in a non-individual class action.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify and/or change these Terms at any time.
